I just joined twitter to see what all the fuss was about, and I can’t get my pictures I upload to appear by my name. I have uploaded two, and each time it says "That’s a nice picture!", but still no picture appears. What can I do to solve this problem?

From all I’ve seen and heard, it appears that using Twitter is virtually the same thing as texting, and is very close to being the same as emailing. So I’m wondering what the point is. Can you Twitter on devices we already own, or do we need to buy something new?
(And, if we do need a new device, why should we get one if texting and emailing already accomplish the same purpose?)

I signed up for the vodafone twitter text thing yesterday so i could update twitter by texting 86444. but after receiving hundreds of pointless texts about turning on and off updates i decided i wanted out. so I texted the word STOP to 86444 as they told me to if I wanted to quit.
Needless to say It didnt work and i have received about 300 texts now from twitter in the past 18 hours. im going insane, pleaase help me
